Who Are The BVCCA ?
The BVCCA was established in 2025 as an affiliate of the British Veterinary Receptionist Association (BVRA).
Founded in October 2025, BVCCA exists to support and raise the profile of Client Care Advisors across India through training, education, and professional development.
BVCCA is an affiliate of the BVRA (UK), a membership organisation representing over 7,000 veterinary receptionists, providing CPD courses, resources, and membership benefits.
In today’s veterinary environment, Client Care Advisors are more important than ever. As the first and final point of contact for clients, they shape lasting impressions and directly influence the quality, efficiency, and profitability of a practice.
