BVCCA believes in helping its customers as far as reasonably possible.
1. Digital Products (Online Courses)
Since we sell digital, non-tangible educational content, refunds are limited.
Cancellation Requests
- Cancellation requests must be made
within 3–5 days of purchase. - Requests may not be entertained if:
- Course access has already been substantially used
- Course materials have been downloaded or consumed
2. Technical Issues
If you experience genuine technical issues preventing course access:
- Please contact our support team within 3–5 days.
- We will investigate and resolve the issue or issue a refund if appropriate.
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within
16–30 working days. - Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after significant course access
- Failure to complete the course
- Lack of technical capability on the user’s device
