BVCCA Membership & Courses - Terms and Conditions
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE PURCHASING BVCCA MEMBERSHIP.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of BVCCA courses, membership, and related services provided by Brihad Veterinary Academy Pvt. Ltd. (“BVA”) under the Brihad Veterinary Client Care Affiliation (BVCCA).
By accessing, enrolling in, or using any BVCCA service, you (“Member”, “Participant”, or “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
- Membership: Paid access to BVCCA learning and benefits.
- Membership Term: 12 months from the date access is granted.
- Membership Fee: Annual fee as published.
- Course Materials: All BVCCA-produced training content (digital or physical).
2. Use of Services
Membership Fee and Payment:
The Membership Fee is to be paid by the Member by credit card, debit card or other method accepted by the BVRA. Until payment is received, login details will not be supplied.
The Membership Fee shall be paid by the Member in full prior to access to the Membership materials.
BVRA will send an electronic receipt to the Member once payment has been made.
The Membership Fee is non-refundable and termination of the Membership shall be without prejudice to the Member’s obligation to pay the Membership Fee and any interest due thereon.
BVCCA provides online training and membership services to support veterinary client-care development.
Access is:
- Non-exclusive
- Non-transferable
- For personal learning only
You must not share access with others.
Expressions of interest for future programmes do not guarantee enrolment or hold pricing.
3. Membership / Course Access
- Access begins once full payment is received.
- Login details will be supplied by email.
- Membership is valid for 12 months, unless otherwise stated.
- BVCCA may update, modify, or improve content at any time.
- BVCCA may suspend or disable access where Terms are breached.
4. Fees & Payment
- Fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Prices may change; confirmed enrolments are unaffected.
- Fees include GST unless stated.
- The Membership Fee must be paid in full before access is granted.
- BVCCA may offer promotional discounts at its discretion.
- Fees are non-refundable except as stated in Section 5.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- You may cancel within 7 working days only if no access has been used.
- Once the platform has been accessed or materials opened, no refund applies.
- Refunds due to duplicate payment or verified technical error will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
- If BVCCA cancels a programme, a refund or transfer to a future programme may be offered.
- Membership ends automatically at expiry unless renewed.
Renewal fees are non-refundable once processed.
6. Certification
Certificates may be issued upon successful completion of required elements and:
- Confirm completion only
- Must not be altered or misrepresented
- Do not guarantee employment, professional status, or regulatory recognition
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials (including documents, graphics, videos, assessments, and digital content) are the property of BVA / BVCCA, or BVRA where applicable.
You must not:
- Copy
- Publish
- Share
- Distribute
- Sell
- Modify
without prior written permission.
Use of BVCCA/BVA/BVRA names or logos requires written approval.
8. Behaviour & Acceptable Use
Members must:
- Provide accurate information
- Use the platform responsibly
- Engage respectfully with tutors and other learners
BVCCA may terminate access without refund where:
- Login details are shared
- Content is misused
- Abusive behaviour occurs
- Terms are otherwise breached
9. Online Platform
BVCCA will take reasonable steps to maintain access.
Temporary unavailability may occur.
Users are responsible for internet connectivity and devices.
10. Data & Privacy
BVCCA collects and processes personal information to:
- Administer courses
- Communicate with Members
- Issue/verify certification
Data is handled in accordance with applicable Indian legislation.
We do not sell personal data.
You may request correction or deletion of your information by contacting us.
Data may be shared with BVRA (UK) for service delivery, certification, or verification purposes.
11. Liability
BVCCA training is for educational purposes.
BVCCA does not guarantee employment or professional advancement.
To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law, BVCCA is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation or use of content.
12. Changes to Terms
BVCCA may update these Terms.
The latest version will be posted on the website.
Continued use constitutes acceptance.
13. Assignment
BVCCA may transfer its rights or responsibilities under these Terms to another organisation or partner.
Members may not transfer rights under these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
