The BVRA Foundation Course has been created by experts within their field, including veterinary receptionists and veterinary surgeons. The Foundation Course covers a wide variety of topics that are essential, for both new and experienced veterinary receptionists.
The Foundation Course has been provided to BVRA members in response to previous receptionist feedback, discussion and requested topics.
This course is split into five separate modules totaling between 5-10 hours worth of CPD. On completion of all five modules you will receive you CPD certificate of completion.
